This morning I awoke to my stomach making some strange noises. Whenever my belly does this, it is letting me know one of three things:

1. Whatever I ate last night has asked for a refund, and wants to return from whence it came;
2. Those 2000 push-ups I did right before bed are pushing back.
3. Bodily Functions are critical; in dire need of Lora Kaczor's Pumpkin Seeds! 

Considering I had the most AMAZING Jerk Chicken, Rice, Greens, and Plantain last night I can easily eliminate number one, and well, as athletic as I am, I can honestly only do 200 pushups a day. So through the process of elimintation I must need those pumpkin seeds!
