This morning I woke up and began laughing hysterically. Odd, I know, but the reason was I was reflecting on the Porter family and remembered they had a bunch of chickens. Well it dawned on me JUST then that the name FeED for the system we installed in their home is perfect because of the family's love for animals, especially chickens!
At any rate, allow me to continue with the overview of the system. In this article I will describe the Color Kenetics Lighting System, Home Theater PC, and Emotion Detection Software.
In one shady corner of the Porter backyard, just beside where we currently have our production tents set up, is the family's chicken coop....
Our show hosts pick up some mindblowing technology for their latest makeovers, from YES -- the same folks who might be giving YOU a TV this weekend....
You don't see martial arts in too many home makeover shows these days...but maybe that's just because other shows' hosts don't have the chops?...
Did you know that in addition to being a Techno-Guru and techno-fashionista, Alison Lewis is also a talented makeup artist?
Go behind the scenes at the top-secret lab where the Techno-Gurus create their amazing inventions for the show....
Notice how in magazine photos you never see desks with all the wires, cables, keyboards, mice, and extra hard drives? It’s always a pristine floor with a minimal desk and a monitor. So you purchase that beautiful desk for its clean lines and quality materials only wind up with a plastic cable jungle which is both an eyesore and frankly, hazardous.
So, how do you keep your wires under wraps? For professionals it's called “cable or wire management” and it can be taken to an art form...
Our Techno-Guru show hosts have created some pretty fantastic inventions for our 2.0 Families....
But the latest 2.0 creation takes their game, as Guru Lloyd would say, to the next level....
This is one of the exclusive scenes you won't be seeing in the Wurtz family's HD show episode, for reasons explained in the video...
Just because the guys from Bob & Ron's Worldwide Stereo got to go home a little early last night doesn't mean our Techno-Gurus did....
Come to the block party from noon to 4pm today and see what Alison, Lloyd, and Brian were up late creating for the Wurtzes!
