Normally at My Home 2.0, we don't really take requests (although I can play a pretty sweet version of "Lady of Spain" on the digital wall harp, if anyone's interested.) But when the enthusiastic Phillies Phans over at The 700 Level asked if we had any more footage of Ryan Howard from the Hack-a-Bat shoot, we said, heck yeah!

Now, true superphans probably would've been happy with just some shots of Ryan tying his shoes or guzzling a sports drink...but in this video, he actually reveals the secret of his home run-launching swing! (Just check out what his tips did for the Little Leaguers in the video!)

Now, a request from us: can you send over some of those famous crab fries they sell at the Phillies games? They sound amazing.
